This place is one of many restaurants close to my job, and it's also the best one around here, the Rita's are tasty and full of delicious toppings
Well it's been a long time since I've been here despite living near the area for so long. An African American coworker took me here as a treat out back in the mid 1990s and I forgot about this place so it was really good and it is actually still decent now. A hole in the wall place but very good casual Mexican food. They're a big steak burrito is only 10 99 but with another dollar more you can put guacamole. which makes it better unless you don't like avocado or guacamole? Other than that it wasn't too expensive unless you go for the dinners later on tonight which is over $20 and I can't afford what I used to be eating fancy foods even though this is a hole in the wall it's still a little expensive. Service was actually pretty fast to deliver my big steak burrito.it took them less than 5 minutes despite dining in and I'm sure my friend usually carries out to go anyways I shall stop by every now and then for a cheap but delicious eat
I am from this area I grew up there and knew of this lil gem of a place.. best food the absolute best burritos anyplace hands down!!! I flew back to Chicago from my home here in Seattle and first place I hit was this place... not Deepdish Pizza not hotdog but here!!! You must check this place out....
Haven't been here is years, like 15, and food is still GREAT! Just like we remembered. My husband had the birria consume and you thought he'd died and gone to heaven. He took a huge one to go after tasting the one he ordered. I had a carne asada burrito, custom ordered, and it was huge and delicious. Well worth the price. Yes, prices were a little high, but what isn't these days! It was worth it. And the horchata - OMG Yummy! The waitstaff was very friendly, prompt and courteous. HIGHLY recommend you visit
The sandia aqua fresca is the go to I get sopes pastor great service great care I will say it's a bit pricey but it's definitely worth it
Taqueria Huentitan is an excellent Mexican Restaurant on Grand Avenue in Chicago - 100% authentic Mexican food. The service is very good, our waiter was very friendly and inside there is a decent amount of seating if you want to dine in. I had the steak taco dinner - the steak has a ton of flavor and 0 fat to it it's great quality. Free chips and salsa if you're dining in - the taco salad was very good too and both meals portion sizes are massive. Highly recommended if you're in the area and looking at Mexican food - very reasonable prices as well.
Taqueria Huentitan is the best late night Mexican spot there is! Me and friends come here all the time and they never disappoint. Very good food as well as horchata. Their friendly service, great variety in the menu, and low prices always has me coming back. Highly Recommend!
